AYE AYE CAPTAIN!
Micki is an accomplished event planner with 12 years of experience in both coordinating and managing the deliveries of top notch events. Micki and her husband Troy took over as owners of the company in 2014. She really enjoys working with clients to ensure their events are handled with the highest standard of customer service. Micki knows professionalism is very important and works extremely hard to be sure all of her clients and guests are treated with the utmost respect both during the planning process and also while attending the event sites.
Micki is a graduate of MSU. She has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration. In her free time, Micki enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling to warm destinations with her husband and daughter.
The First Mate.
Kent is GOAT’s GM and resident safety expert. His day is spent managing the overall operational side of the company and creating relationships with vendors. His favorite part of the job is watching the final results of his work come together on the day of the big event, and seeing the kids’ faces light up. He also loves taking part in helping run the catering division of the company. Kent is an entrepreneur at heart and has owned several businesses. In his free time, Kent can be found floating the regions rivers, bowling, golfing, and spending time with his 4 children and his grandson.

A Smooth Operator
Rick has worked at GOAT Events for the past eight years. When at an event, he decides where all the fun should go. He loves seeing all the new places that he gets to travel to because of his career.
Rick has lived in the Springfield area his whole life. In his free time, he bowls and plays softball. He has a lovely wife, Shawna, and four amazing children.
Debbie is going on her fourth year at GOAT Events. She is the friendly face that greets anyone who walks through the doors of GOAT Events. She loves that no two days are the same at work, and she enjoys the challenge of helping create unique customer events.
Debbie has lived in the Strafford area her whole life. She and her husband Tom have two sons. When Debbie is not at work, she loves spending time with her pride and joy: her 5 grandchildren. When Tom and Debbie have free time, they enjoy going to the beach and watching movies.
Business Development Specialist
Ol’ Billy Boy
Billy, (BJ) has worked at GOAT Events for eleven years. He helps reach out to new clients and sets up appointments to turn an ordinary picnic into something incredible. His favorite part about his job is making people smile.
BJ has been in the Springfield area all his life. One of his favorite things to do is BBQ and smoke meat. He also loves to hunt, fish and travel with his fiancé, Amanda.
A Place for Everything & Everything in it’s Place
Chase makes sure that the warehouse is in order and ready to go to an event. His favorite part is traveling to all the events and seeing the country.
Chase grew up in Arkansas and then moved to the Springfield area. Recently, he lived in Las Vegas for six months working on the Hoover Dam. When Chase is not working, he is playing the guitar. But most importantly, he loves being with his three children, Aria, Emma and Bennet.
Jeff has worked at GOAT Events for over five years. His job entails making sure that the events are happening and everything runs smoothly. His favorite part about his job is the fact that he gets to travel nationwide.
Jeff grew up in California, but moved to Missouri about nine years ago. In California he was a golf instructor. In his free time, he will be at the bowling alley, the golf course or hunting and fishing.
Junior has been working events since 2010. He is the field manager, which means he oversees where all the attractions should go and makes sure everything runs smoothly for your event. He makes sure all the client’s needs are met and that everyone is having a great time. His favorite part about his job is that he gets to travel to different places and meet new people.
In his free time, Junior likes to spend time with his wife, Amanda, and his 7 kids. He can mostly be found at sports practice for the kids, but when they have a break, he loves to go camping or have a family game night.
